What the Board approved
At its meeting on 6 August 2026, the Board of Indraprastha Medical Corporation Limited — which runs Indraprastha Apollo Hospitals in Delhi — approved the unaudited results for the quarter ended 30 June 2026, along with the statutory auditors' limited review report. The Audit Committee reviewed the results before Board approval.
The Board also fixed the year's shareholder calendar: the thirty-eighth Annual General Meeting will be held on 24 September 2026 through video conferencing, and 18 September 2026 was set as the record date for both the AGM and entitlement to the dividend for 2025-26.
How the quarter compared
Per the filing, revenue from operations and profit after tax were both higher than in the quarter ended 30 June 2025 and higher than the immediately preceding quarter ended 31 March 2026. The company operates in a single segment, healthcare, and has no subsidiary, associate or joint venture as on 30 June 2026.
The auditors, S N Dhawan & CO LLP, stated that nothing had come to their attention causing them to believe the statement was not prepared in accordance with the applicable accounting standards or that it contained any material misstatement — the standard conclusion of a limited review, which is narrower in scope than a full audit.
Other Board actions
On the Audit Committee's recommendation, the Board re-appointed M/s Devarajan Swaminathan and Co., Cost Accountants, as Cost Auditors for the financial year 2026-27 — a procedural compliance matter under the Companies Act.
