Axis Bank has told the exchanges that its Board of Directors will meet on Saturday, 17 October 2026 to consider and approve the bank's unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ending 30 September 2026. The filing states these results will be subject to a limited review by the bank's Joint Statutory Auditors. The intimation was made under Regulations 29 and 50 of the SEBI Listing Regulations.
Trading window closure
Alongside the board-meeting notice, the bank confirmed that its trading window for dealing in equity shares and securities by Designated Persons and their immediate relatives will remain closed from Thursday, 1 October 2026 until Monday, 19 October 2026 (both days inclusive), in line with its Securities Dealing Code and SEBI's insider-trading regulations.
