Bank of Maharashtra to Consider Q1 FY2027 Results on 10 July

The bank's board will meet on 10 July 2026 to approve unaudited standalone and consolidated results for the quarter ended 30 June 2026.

What was filed

Bank of Maharashtra has given advance notice, under Regulation 29 and 50 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, that its Board of Directors will meet on Friday, 10 July 2026. Per the filing, the meeting is to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the first quarter and three months ended 30 June 2026.

This is a scheduling intimation only. The filing contains no financial figures — the results themselves will follow after the board meeting.

Trading window closure

The company also noted that, under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations and the bank's own code of conduct, the trading window for directors, designated persons and their connected persons has been closed from 1 July 2026. It will reopen 48 hours after the results are declared. This is a routine procedural step that accompanies quarterly results.

The notice fixes the date on which holders can expect the bank's Q1 FY2027 numbers; the filing itself discloses no financial results and no other business.
