Bharti Airtel Sets 24 July 2026 Record Date for FY26 Final Dividend

Shareholders on the register at close of business on Friday, 24 July 2026 will be eligible for the Board-recommended final dividend, pending member approval at the 3 August AGM.

What was filed

Bharti Airtel has told the exchanges that it has fixed the record date for its final dividend for the financial year 2025-26. Shareholders whose names appear in the register of members or depository records at the close of business on **Friday, July 24, 2026** will be eligible for the payout.

The dividend was recommended by the Board on May 13, 2026 and remains subject to approval by members at the company's 31st Annual General Meeting, scheduled for Monday, August 03, 2026.

Payment mechanics

Once members approve the dividend, it will be paid — subject to deduction of tax at source — within 30 days of that approval. The record date has been fixed pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI Listing Regulations.

The filing specifies separate dividend amounts for fully paid-up and partly paid-up equity shares, both of face value Rs. 5 each, with the partly paid-up shares being Rs. 1.25 paid-up.

Final dividend (fully paid-up share)
Rs. 24 per share
Final dividend (partly paid-up share)
Rs. 6 per share
Record date
Friday, July 24, 2026
AGM date
Monday, August 03, 2026
Payment window after approval
Within 30 days

The record date fixes which shareholders are entitled to the FY26 final dividend — eligibility depends on being on the register at close of business on 24 July 2026 — while the payout itself remains contingent on member approval at the 3 August AGM.
