Deloitte gives Infosys Q1 FY2027 results an unmodified audit opinion

The auditor's reports on Infosys's quarter ended June 30, 2026 carry a clean "true and fair view" opinion on both standalone and consolidated results, with no going-concern flag.

What was filed

Infosys has filed with the exchanges the independent auditor's reports accompanying its financial statements for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. Signed by Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP and dated the same day as the board meeting, the reports carry their Unique Document Identification Numbers (UDIN) and cover the standalone results, the consolidated results, and the interim condensed financial statements prepared under both Ind AS 34 and IAS 34.

This is the auditor's sign-off, not the results themselves — it contains the opinion, not the quarter's revenue or profit figures.

The opinion

For each set of statements, Deloitte concluded that the results give a "true and fair view" in conformity with the applicable accounting standards and are presented in accordance with Regulation 33 of the SEBI LODR Regulations. The reports are unmodified: no qualification, no adverse opinion, and no reported material uncertainty relating to going concern.

The consolidated opinion covers Infosys and its subsidiaries.

The Group annexure

The annexure to the consolidated report lists the entities in the Group and records how that structure changed during the period — acquisitions made through Infosys Nova Holdings LLC and Infosys Australia Technology Services Pty Ltd, alongside incorporations, mergers and liquidations across the international subsidiaries.

For a holder, this running record is the main readable detail here; the quarter's operating numbers sit in the results filed separately after the board meeting.

A clean, unmodified auditor's opinion with no going-concern flag is the independent assurance holders rely on for the credibility of the reported financials; the underlying operating numbers are disclosed in the separately filed results, not in this document.
