Dhabriya Polywood's Q1 FY27 profit rises year-on-year on higher revenue

The UPVC and modular-furniture maker reported consolidated net profit of ₹885.81 lakh for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, up from a year earlier, on reviewed unaudited results.

What was filed

On August 12, 2026, Dhabriya Polywood's board approved its unaudited standalone and consolidated results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 (Q1 FY27). The statutory auditors, Narendra Sharma & Co., carried out a limited review of both sets of results and reported that nothing came to their attention indicating any material misstatement. The board also approved the draft Director's Report and the notice to convene the company's 34th Annual General Meeting; the AGM date is to be confirmed later.

The quarter in brief

On a consolidated basis, both revenue from operations and profit for the period rose against the year-earlier June quarter. The group reports two segments — Plastic Products (UPVC/PVC profiles, sheets, mouldings, windows and doors) and Modular Furniture. Per the segment disclosure, Plastic Products carried the bulk of turnover this quarter, while Modular Furniture revenue was lower than a year earlier. The standalone entity, which reports a single Plastic Products segment, also recorded higher revenue and profit than the June 2025 quarter.

Consolidation and review scope

The consolidated results include three subsidiaries: Dynasty Modular Furnitures Pvt. Ltd., Polywood Profiles Pvt. Ltd. and Polywood Green Building Systems Pvt. Ltd. The auditors noted that one subsidiary — contributing ₹2,401.08 lakh of revenue and ₹542.50 lakh of net profit after tax for the quarter — was reviewed by its own auditors, and their conclusion on that subsidiary rests on those other auditors' reports. The auditors stated their conclusion was not modified in respect of this matter. The company also reported no investor complaints pending as on June 30, 2026.
