What GAIL told the exchanges
GAIL (India) Limited informed the exchanges that its 42nd Annual General Meeting for FY 2025-26 will be held on Thursday, 27 August 2026 at 11:30 a.m. through video conferencing or other audio-visual means. In the same communication, the company set the record date for the final dividend for FY 2025-26.
The AGM notice and the FY 2025-26 Annual Report will be sent only by electronic mode, to members whose email addresses are registered with the depositories or the registrar and transfer agent.
The record date, and the condition attached
The company has fixed Wednesday, 2 September 2026 as the record date for determining which members are entitled to receive the FY 2025-26 final dividend. That entitlement applies only if the dividend is approved by members at the AGM.
The filing does not disclose the amount or rate of the final dividend. The disclosure is made under the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
