What was filed
Horizon Industrial Parks Limited reported unaudited standalone and consolidated results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 — its first results statement as a listed company. The board approved the numbers on September 11, 2026, and the statutory auditors issued an unmodified limited-review conclusion. The company notes these consolidated results were "drawn up for the first time" under Regulation 33 of the Listing Regulations. Comparative figures for the prior quarter and the year-ago quarter were compiled by management and were not subjected to audit or review — a caveat that matters when reading the quarter-on-quarter picture.
A consolidated loss, a standalone profit
On a consolidated basis, the Group — whose sole business is leasing industrial and logistics spaces in India — recorded a loss after tax, as finance costs and depreciation together exceeded operating income. The standalone entity, by contrast, reported a profit, helped by a large 'other income' line. The divergence reflects where costs and income sit across the holding company and its 53 subsidiaries. Figures are set out in the key-facts panel below.
IPO, subsidy and a post-quarter acquisition
Two events after quarter-end shape the picture. The company completed its IPO and its shares were listed on the NSE and BSE on August 24, 2026; per the filing, the issue aggregated INR 26,000 million. Separately, during the quarter a subsidiary, Vidarbha Cargo Private Limited, received a capital subsidy from the Government of Maharashtra towards an Ultra Mega Logistics Park, which the company said was adjusted against the cost of the related assets under Ind AS 20. The filing also discloses that, after quarter-end, the company acquired a 49.00% equity stake in Vision Softech Facilities Private Limited; no financial terms are stated.
