ICICI Bank told the exchanges that, acting through its IFSC Banking Unit, it has priced a new issue of USD-denominated Senior Unsecured Fixed Rate Notes. The pricing was completed early on July 24, 2026 (1:33 a.m. IST), drawn down under the Bank's existing Global Medium Term Note Programme. The issuance is structured as 144A/RegS Registered, Category 1.
Per the filing, the notes are unsecured, carry no special rights or privileges, and will be redeemed on the maturity date. Net proceeds are to be used for the Issuer's general corporate purposes, in accordance with relevant regulatory guidelines.
Terms of the notes
The notes carry a five-year tenure, with an allotment date of July 30, 2026 and maturity on July 30, 2031. Interest is payable semi-annually, on 30 July and 30 January each year through maturity.
The Bank said the notes are proposed to be listed on the Global Securities Market of the India International Exchange (IFSC), the Debt Securities Market of NSE IFSC and SGX-ST. The filing reports nil delay or default in payment history for the instrument and no cancellation of the issuance.
