The board meeting
ICICI Bank has told the exchanges that its Board of Directors will meet on Saturday, 18 July 2026 to consider and approve the Bank's unaudited financial results, both standalone and consolidated, for the quarter ending 30 June 2026. The intimation was issued under the SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations.
Trading window closure
With the meeting date, the Bank also disclosed that its trading window for dealing in its securities will stay closed for all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives from 1 July 2026 to 25 July 2026, both days inclusive. The filing notes this period also covers certain filing requirements with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. The notice was copied to the NYSE, Singapore Stock Exchange, Japan Securities Dealers Association and SIX Swiss Exchange, reflecting the Bank's overseas listings.
