What was filed
Ircon International has told the exchanges the schedule for its 50th Annual General Meeting, including the record date that decides which shareholders qualify for the FY2025-26 final dividend. The AGM will be held through video conferencing, with C-4, District Centre, Saket, New Delhi deemed the venue.
Shareholders on the register as of the record date would be entitled to the dividend, if it is declared at the AGM.
E-voting and payment timeline
The filing also sets out the e-voting mechanics: the cut-off date for e-voting matches the record date, and remote e-voting runs from the morning of 21 September to the evening of 23 September 2026. Payment of the dividend, if declared, would begin from 12 October 2026.
The company noted the dividend remains subject to declaration at the AGM, and said the Annual Report and AGM notice will be sent separately.
