Jio Platforms IPO priced at ₹1,119 a share; prospectus filed

Reliance's subsidiary Jio Platforms finalised its IPO issue price at ₹1,119 per equity share after an offer that closed on 23 October 2026.

What Reliance filed

Reliance Industries told the exchanges that the initial public offer of its subsidiary Jio Platforms Limited (JPL) has concluded. Structured as a fresh issue of equity shares of ₹10 face value, the offer opened on Wednesday, 21 October 2026 and closed on Friday, 23 October 2026. JPL has now finalised the issue price — including the anchor investor price — and filed its prospectus dated 24 October 2026 with the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat at Ahmedabad.

The update follows an earlier disclosure dated 14 October 2026 in which the company intimated the price band, employee discount and minimum bid lot for the offer.

Why it matters to a holder

The IPO is a fresh issue of shares in JPL, a subsidiary of Reliance, so its completion and pricing are a corporate development at the group level. The filing is a record of the offer's closure and final pricing; as worded, it does not describe the proceeds, Reliance's residual shareholding, or any use-of-funds detail.

Issue price (incl. anchor)
₹1,119 per equity share
Fresh issue size
Up to 27,00,00,000 equity shares
Face value
₹10 per equity share

The completion and final pricing of the Jio Platforms IPO is a group-level corporate event for Reliance holders; the filing records the issue price and the prospectus filing but does not disclose proceeds or Reliance's post-issue stake in the subsidiary.
