Manappuram Board to Weigh Q1 Results, Interim Dividend and Fund-Raising on 11 August

The lender's board meets on 11 August 2026 to approve June-quarter results, consider an interim dividend and take up raising funds through NCDs, bonds and commercial paper.

What was filed

Manappuram Finance has told the exchanges that its Board of Directors will meet on Tuesday, 11 August 2026, to take up three items: approval of the unaudited standalone and consolidated results for the quarter ended 30 June 2026, consideration of an interim dividend, and a proposal to raise funds.

The notice was submitted under Regulation 29(1) read with Regulation 50(1) of SEBI's Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements. No results, dividend rate or fund-raising size appear in the intimation itself — those would follow the meeting.

The fund-raising and dividend items

On fund-raising, the company said the board will consider raising money "including through the issuance of listed Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs)/Bonds and Commercial Papers", as part of a proposed enhancement of the company's borrowing limits under Section 180(1)(c) of the Companies Act, 2013. The filing notes this would be subject to shareholder approval.

The interim dividend is listed only as a matter to be considered; whether one is declared, and at what rate, will be known after the meeting.

Trading window

Per the filing, the trading window for the company's securities remains closed and re-opens at the start of business hours on 14 August 2026, after the customary 48-hour period following declaration of results. This is a routine insider-trading-code measure applying to designated persons.

For a holder, this notice fixes the date on which quarterly earnings, a possible interim dividend and a borrowing-limit expansion will be decided; the substance of each — results, any dividend rate, and the fund-raising quantum — is not in this intimation and would come from the 11 August meeting.
