REC Board to Consider Q1 FY27 Results and a First Interim Dividend on 24 July

The state-owned power financier said its board will meet on Friday, 24 July 2026 to approve unaudited results for the quarter ended 30 June 2026 and to consider a first interim dividend for FY 2026-27, if any.

What was filed

REC Limited has told the exchanges, under Regulation 29 of SEBI's Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements, that its Board of Directors will meet on Friday, 24 July 2026. The board is to consider and approve the company's unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended 30 June 2026, and to consider and declare a first interim dividend for FY 2026-27, if any.

This is a scheduling intimation only. It carries no financial figures and does not commit the board to a dividend — the notice qualifies that item with "if any."

Trading window

REC also reiterated that, under its code of conduct for designated persons, the trading window has been closed since 14 May 2026 and will remain shut until further orders. During the closure, designated persons and their immediate relatives are advised not to deal in REC's equity shares or other listed securities — a routine restriction ahead of a results announcement.

For holders, 24 July is the date on which REC's Q1 FY27 earnings and any first interim dividend for the year will be decided; the intimation discloses only the timing, not the outcome.
