SBI Board to Consider Q1 FY27 Results on 7 August

State Bank of India will hold a Central Board meeting on 7 August 2026 to consider its results for the quarter ended 30 June 2026, with an analyst meet the same evening.

What was filed

State Bank of India has given prior intimation, under Regulations 29 and 50 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, that its Central Board will meet on Friday, 7 August 2026 in Mumbai to consider the Bank's financial results for the quarter ended 30 June 2026 (Q1 FY27).

An analyst meet will follow the same day at 5.15 PM, after the results are declared, at the State Bank Bhavan Auditorium.

Trading window

The filing adds that the Bank's trading window for dealing in its securities has been closed for Designated Persons and their immediate relatives and dependents from 1 July 2026, and will reopen 48 hours after the Q1 FY27 results are declared. This is a routine measure under the Bank's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading.

This is a procedural scheduling notice: it fixes when SBI's quarterly earnings will be disclosed but contains no financial figures. Holders learn only the timing of the results and analyst meet, not their content.
