What the board approved
At its meeting on August 4, 2026, the board of Styrenix Performance Materials declared an interim dividend for FY2026-27 on equity shares of ₹10 each and approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The record date for determining members eligible for the dividend is Monday, August 10, 2026. The auditors, Talati & Talati LLP, issued an unmodified conclusion on both sets of results.
The quarter behind the payout
The dividend accompanies a quarter in which standalone profit rose steeply from a year earlier, while revenue from operations held broadly steady. The company reports in a single business segment, Engineering Polymers. On a consolidated basis — which folds in wholly owned subsidiaries in the UAE and Thailand — quarterly profit likewise stepped up markedly from the year-ago period. The figures are set out in the key-facts panel below.
Group structure
The consolidated results incorporate two subsidiaries: Styrenix Performance Materials FZE (wholly owned) and Styrenix Performance Materials (Thailand) Limited (a wholly owned step-down subsidiary). The step-down subsidiary accounts for the bulk of the gap between standalone and consolidated revenue for the quarter, per the auditor's note.
