What was filed
Titan Company filed its provisional quarterly update for Q2 FY2026-27, ahead of its reviewed financial results. The company said its Consumer Businesses grew about 25% year-on-year in the quarter. The update is operational — it covers revenue growth rates and store counts by division, not profit or margins. Titan noted the figures are provisional and subject to a Limited Review by its statutory auditors, and that the metrics exclude bullion and digi-gold sales.
The story across divisions
Growth was broad-based. The domestic jewellery portfolio — Tanishq, Mia, Zoya, beYon and CaratLane — grew in the low twenties, with studded jewellery expanding faster than plain gold. The company said consumer demand was healthy for most of the quarter but softened towards the close as the festive calendar shifted into Q3 FY27, and that investment-led coin demand declined off a high base. Watches was the standout among the core categories, aided by premiumisation in analog watches and a recovery in smart watches. EyeCare and Emerging Businesses — fragrances, women's bags and Taneira — also grew. The International segment, which consolidates the 67%-held Damas Jewellery from January 2026, recorded the highest reported growth rate.
Network expansion
Titan added 78 net stores during the quarter, taking the combined network to 3,758 stores. Additions were spread across jewellery, watches and CaratLane, with the international network also growing. The company described North American jewellery momentum as strong double-digit and said its GCC business held up in a volatile geopolitical environment, with Damas showing early signs of recovery.
