DLF Reports Q2FY27 Net Profit of Rs 1,301 Crore, Up 11% Year-on-Year

The developer logged Rs 3,800 crore in new sales bookings and Rs 1,858 crore of operating cash flow for the quarter, per its results press release.

What DLF reported

DLF Limited released its consolidated financial results for the second quarter of FY27, reporting year-on-year growth in net profit alongside what it described as sustained cash generation. The release also breaks out results for its commercial arm, DLF Cyber City Developers Limited (DCCDL), where the company said EBITDA and net profit each grew year-on-year.

Sales and the operating business

On the development side, DLF said The Aureva in Gurugram — described as a curated luxury retirement housing project — saw a complete sell-out, and that its super-luxury offering The Dahlias continued to attract demand. On the annuity side, the company said its rental portfolio spans approximately 50 msf with occupancy it characterised as industry-leading.

Balance sheet and cash

The company said its net cash position was reached despite a dividend outflow during the period. DLF pointed to its land bank, launch pipeline and strengthened balance sheet as the foundation for its stated medium-term growth goals.
